Special heat resistant decorative plaster (”rustic” texture) on the base of fire-resistant mineral fillers and binders. Intended for plastering surfaces of ovens, ovens’ and bathhouses’’ plates, covers, chimneys, grill places and grills as well as other surfaces. Contains reinforcing fibres and special crack sealant, adhesion and plasticity improving additives.

FEATURES:

  • Product ready for use;
  • Simple use;
  • High temperature resistance up to 350°С;
  • No restriction for usage in wet premises;
  • Small consumption.

USAGE: Before applying plaster the surface must be accurately purified from the old paint, glue, dust and old plaster. If poorly absorbing surface is plastered it is recommended to use reinforcing mesh or perform notches on the surface as well as use temperature resistant primer. Well absorbing surfaces should be beforehand moistened with water. Friable and poorly structured surfaces are recommended to strengthen using temperature resistant primer. Power float of the applied plaster top coat is performed with circular motion of the float. Bigger filler grains form texture that imitates borer traces in the wood. Not recommended for using on wood, plastic or metal surfaces. Temperature of the processed surface +5°C to +20°C. Possible a partial thickening of product, with mixing, will get a working consistency.

CONSUMPTION: Approximately 1l/0.5-1.5m², if the thickness of the layer is 3-10mm.

DRYING: Primary plaster bond time 1-2 hours. Final solidification within 24-48 hours, depending on surface absorbing ability, environmental temperature and the thickness of the applied layer. Processed surface can be exposed to high temperatures after 15-20dienām.

STORAGE: In original package, at temperature above 0ºC stored approximately for – see the label. May not freeze. Mix well before use.
